High-Rise Condo Helix
This bespoke staircase connects two formerly separated floors via a strategically placed floor opening. The city’s sprawl faintly reflects in the stair’s glass.
SOHO Curved Skylight
A modernized replication of a decayed cast-iron skylight. CNC plasma cut steel sheets bent to shape. Thousands of individually placed glass hexagons.
A-Frame Helix
This custom helix added a landing and replaced an old rickety spiral staircase.
Footings, Deck, & Stringers
The obtuse trapezoidal site plan made designing the structure and placement of this 25'W×8'D balcony challenging.
West Village Townhome Balcony
Straight-forward balcony constructed as part of a brownstone renovation.
Montauk Residential Stair
Designed for each flight to be split then rewelded for cladding installation. Misaligned floors had to be considered in designing.
Old Westbury Home Bar
LED strip (pink layers in site photos) backlit 2cm marble created a puzzle-like configuration for wiring and assembling these cabinets.
